The Company has no obligation to monitor the user communications but reserves the right to review materials posted to the  Website and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. The Company reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the user communication services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever and to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable laws.

Payment Cancellation and Refund Policies

Our business does not provide refunds of any kind for any reason. You can cancel your purchase and cease to participate in any of our programs or services, however, this will not warrant a refund of any kind. For all programs, retreats and sessions, if you are paying through a payment plan, you are responsible for completing each payment regardless if you leave the program or do not complete it in the time-frame provided. There are no refunds. If you are participating in a one to one mentorship or retreat, practitioner training, or healing sessions, see the terms of payment and refund on the contract for this program. If payments are late, you will be contacted by our billing team to discuss alternative options. If no response is received, you will be removed from any current  program until payments are back in good standing. 

​Any requests for cancellations of membership or recurring payments should be made a minimum of 72 hours in advance of the upcoming payment to guarantee that the cancellation is processed on time.

The Client’s obligation to remit payments to Rebirth The Wild LLC is not contingent upon the timing or receipt of payments from the Client's own customers or clients. It is the Client’s sole responsibility to manage their financial arrangements to ensure timely payment in accordance with the terms of this agreement

Failure to adhere to, or any dispute of the Terms of Service will result in the client being removed from all future opportunities to participate in any programs/training.

Changes To the Terms Of Use

We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the Website thereafter. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page from time to time so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.

Jurisdiction

This agreement between you, the user, and Rebirth The Wild LLC shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the State of Colorado and the laws of the United States of America applicable therein. You hereby consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Colorado in any proceeding related to this agreement.
