But most women are seeking answers within the holistic and medical industrial complexes designed to keep them sick, stuck and disconnected from their body. Trying to build health on distorted foundations created in a world that tells us our body, cycles and womanhood are a curse. Where diet culture and chasing adolescent aesthetics are sold as wellness. Dis-ease is a multi-trillion dollar profit source, threatened by our Sovereignty. This leads to frustration, symptom loops and feeling like they are the problem — instead of the system setting them up to fail.

I had to resolve over a dozen chronic health issues in my own body to learn that there are no labs, diets, supplements, or diagnosis that can replace our body's intelligence. And that how we feel about our body is as important to our health as any tool or practice.

We must be willing to address the real reasons our body is struggling — at the physical, emotional, and spiritual level. We must prioritize the relationship WITH our body for our cells to thrive. That's what I help women do.
